Job purpose: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the compliance department. Support manager and employees through a variety of tasks related to compliance and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Responsible for all accreditations – SIZA Social SIZA Environmental, Global gap, LEAF, Tesco Nature, Spring, Albert Heijn

• Capturing of compliance related documents and procedures, as well as generating reports for feedback to Manager

• Conducts internal audits and ensure that non-conformances are raised and followed up.

• Ensuring all employees receive relevant training so that the business remains compliant.

• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

• DALRRD export markets registration& verifications, removal permits, orchards inspections

• Ensuring good communication on all levels (upwards and downwards) to ensure effective and efficient operations.

• Coordination of compliance audit schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Matric

• Experience in SIZA, Global GAP

• Supervisory experience

• Fully computer literate with advanced skills in report writing and data capturing

• Proven MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

• Strong administrative capabilities

• Must be able to work under pressure
