Job purpose: To manage the packing facility and related quality and protocol measures, operational teams, and processes to meet packhouse requirements in a safe and efficient manner including human resources and customer services.

Suitable candidates will need to have the following minimum qualification and relevant experience:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Business Development/Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role within the food, beverages, or manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation

  • Be prepared to work long hours and overtime.
