With its wide range of high-quality special and innovative fertilizers, it is a leader in the areas of fruit and citrus, horticultural, olive, vineyard and lawn crops. These products are based on technologies that allow crops to be improved with minimal impact on the environment.

As part of their growth and development strategy, they are looking for a Sales Manager South Africa with proven experience, who can manage and lead the relations with our local distribution network, as well as develop and coordinate a new client portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Export Manager Africa, your tasks will include:

– definition of the annual sales plan

– monitoring and optimization of the sales network

– technical development of new products based on meetings with clients, field demonstrations, presentations

– regular updating of sales forecasts

– monitoring and improving sales rates in the area

– periodic reporting on the market, competition, opportunities,

Required profile:

– Academic Training: Agronomist, crop scientist

– residence in Cape Town or surrounding areas

– minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position

– agricultural technical knowledge, especially fruit crops and vineyards. Knowledge about soil fertility and crop nutrition is highly valuable.

– experience in planning and monitoring field demonstrations
